HI, I’M GAIA!
I’m a yoga teacher and former gymnast.
After years of pushing through pain and feeling limited and disconnected from myself, I realized my body wasn’t the obstacle — my understanding was.
As a gymnast, I used to believe “no pain, no gain” — until a heart condition forced me to slow down, and yoga changed everything.
When I began studying anatomy, biomechanics, and especially applied neurology, my whole perspective shifted. Pain became feedback, not failure. I learned to work with my nervous system instead of fighting it — and as a result, I now feel safer, more aware, stronger than ever, and able to move with confidence.
Today, I teach from that experience — helping others translate their body’s signals into clarity, move beyond limitation, and discover their body as a source of wisdom and possibility.
I’m deeply committed to making yoga and movement education accessible and evidence-based, driven by my passion to help others move with awareness and intention. That’s why I continuously seek out the best trainings and resources — for my own growth and to create an evolving space for everyone. After all, what we learn today may already be outdated tomorrow.
My sessions are designed to help you move with purpose, cultivate self-awareness, and build strength while deepening your practice. So let’s create a practice that aligns with your body, fuels your curiosity, and transforms the way you move through life.
